Bronx Hurricane

When you're feeling the pressure of the Red Sox breathing down your poorly playing necks, you'll try to find any way to win. Including whining to MLB for a forfeit. It's a sad day in Yankee-town when you're afraid that you can't beat the Devil Rays.

Also, while we're on the subject, I meant to point out that when John Kerry said the Sox were only 2½ games back of the Yankees, he wasn't out of touch or misleading, but actually visionary. I know, it's not often that you hear Kerry and visionary (without "not" somewhere in the middle) together, but the Sox are indeed a scant two games in the loss column back of the Evil Empire.

Here's hoping they lose their double header tomorrow, MFin' Yankees.
